    Sunny Trainer Mrs. Incredible aka Sam Candler has a 20-Minute Beginner Upper Body Kettlebell Halloween Workout for you. You will need to make sure there is nothing on your wrist and that you are wearing flat shoes or none at all. Plus, a Kettlebell or two, a towel, and & some water, and you’re ready to work out like an Incredible. Press play and let’s start being incredible today!

    - Keep Moving Until You Start Exercise
