    The World’s Greatest Stretch

     

    CIRCUIT #1

    - 60 secs of work: 1 ½ Rep Squats

    - 30 secs of work: Single Leg Balance (RD1- Rt Leg/RD2- Lf Leg)

    *REPEAT 1x = 2RD x Total

     

    CIRCUIT #2

    - 60 secs of work: Push-Up (Any Type)

    - 30 secs of work: Single Leg Deadlift (RD1- Rt Leg/RD2- Lf Leg)

    *REPEAT 1x = 2RD x Total

     

    CIRCUIT #3

    - 60 secs of work: Mr. Incredible aka Superman’s

    - 30 secs of work: Lateral Lunge Shift

    *REPEAT 1x = 2RD x Total

     

    CIRCUIT #4

    - 60 secs of work: Bear Pose or Bear Super Hero

    - 30 secs of work: Alt Knee Taps or Alt Foot Taps

    *REPEAT 1x = 2RD x Total

     

    CIRCUIT #5

    - 60 secs of work: T-Raise with 5 sec Hold (after every 5th rep)

    - 30 secs of work: Dead Bug (Legs Only)

    *REPEAT 1x = 2RD x Total

     

    FINISHER

    - Forearm Plank (5 x Push-Up’s EVERY time knees touch the floor)
