    WORKOUT DETAILS

    WARMUP:

    Complete 5 reps of each move.
    - Chin Smiles
    - Chin Ups
    - Chin Tucks
    - Shoulder Rolls
    - Trunk Rotations
    - Ankle Extension/Flexion, Inversion/Eversion
    - Chest Opener

     

    WORKOUT:

    BALANCE EXERCISES
    - Tandem Walk – 1 x 8
    - Stork Stands – 1 x 0:20

    STRENGTH EXERCISES
    - Wall Slides – 1x10
    - Chair Squats – 1x10
    - Wall Pushups – 1x8
    - Calf Raises – 1x8

    COOLDOWN
    - Standing Chest Stretch
    - Standing Calf Stretch

    James was great! Had knee replacements but active and doing well but so appreciate this video! How can I see more of slower, gentle stretching movements like this?
