    Are you a pushup lover? This challenging pushup workout with Sunny Trainer James King III will help you build your pushup strength! In this class, you’ll do a combination of different pushup variations, just hop in and do your best – you’ll be repping these out no problem in no time at all!

    WARMUP

    - Chest openers
    - Floor slides
    - Kneeling pushup

    WORKOUT

    - Pushback Pushup
    - Reverse Snow Angel
    - Double Stop Pushups
    - T raises - Pushup Buddy Taps
    - Supermans
    - Rest for 60-90 sec
    - Close Grip Pushups
    - Reverse Snow Angel
    - Regular Grip Pushups
    - T Raises
    - Wide Grip Pushups
    - Supermans

     COOLDOWN

    - Prisoner: hands behind the head chest stretch
