    Looking for a quick but intense 15-minute intermediate cycle workout? Join Sunny Trainer Dana Simonelli for a ride that has a little bit of everything! This workout is designed to push you on hills, flat roads, and finish with an all-out sprint to get your heart pumping and legs burning. So, get ready to sweat and feel the burn!

    Workout Details:

    WARMUP
    Start with an RPM of 90-100 to warm up your body. Then add resistance to your bike and push your speed. Add more resistance and continue with a speed push.

    WORKOUT
    Drop to RPM 80-85, move into second position out of the saddle and continue before moving to third position. Switch to tap backs before moving back to second position. Switch to third position and continue for before moving back to tap back. Repeat this sequence.

    Push your speed before moving to third position. Continue with a speed push before moving back to third position. Push your speed again before moving to third position.

    Push your speed out of the saddle before continuing with another speed push out of the saddle.

    END OF WORKOUT
    End the workout with an all-out sprint and continue until the end of the workout.

    Remember to cool down and stretch your muscles after the workout. Great job, you crushed it!
