    WARMUP
    -Walking Warmup
    -Jog
    -Walking with incline
    -Jog

    WORKOUT
    80% Sprint
    -10 seconds pace build-up
    -20 seconds at 80% of max effort
    -78 seconds full recovery
    Repeat 2x

     90% Sprint
    -10 seconds pace build-up
    -20 seconds of 90% max effort
    -78 seconds full recovery
    Repeat 2x

    100% Sprint
    -10 seconds pace build-up
    -20 seconds at 100% all-out effort
    -78 seconds full recovery
    Repeat 4x

    COOLDOWN
    -Jog, slow over 1 minute
    -Quad stretch
    -Calf stretch
