    OVERVIEW:

    Welcome to a 20-minute dumbbell strength workout led by Coach Eunice Sachs! In this intermediate-level workout, we will be focusing on full-body strength exercises with dumbbells. Let's get started!

    Workout Details:

    WARMUP
    We will start with a dynamic warmup to get our muscles ready for the workout. We will perform the following exercises for two rounds:

    -Runner's lunge: 30 seconds each side
    -Inchworm walkout: 30 seconds

    WORKOUT
    Full Body Circuit: In this circuit, we will perform four exercises for 40 seconds each with 20 seconds of rest in between. We will complete three rounds of the circuit.

    -Romanian deadlift (RDL)
    -Arnold press
    -Lat pullover
    -Goblet squat

    Recovery: Take a 30-second break after each round to catch your breath and hydrate.

    EMOM: In this Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) set, we will perform squat thrusters for one minute and rest for 30 seconds. We will complete three rounds of the EMOM set.

    Recovery: Take a 30-second break after each round to catch your breath and hydrate.

    COOLDOWN
    We will finish the workout with a cooldown consisting of stretching exercises. Take your time to stretch and recover after the workout.
