    • 1 Min - Lateral Lunge (0:30R/0:30L)

    Treadmill:

    • 3 Min - – Gradually bring pace up to 3.0, Incline 1
    • 1 Min - – Gradually bring pace up to 4.0
    • 1 Min - Sprint, (5.0-6.5 pace) (70%-80% effort)
    • 1 Min - Recovery - Walk or Jog (2.0-4.0 pace)
    • 1 Min - Sprint, (7.0-7.5 pace) (85% effort)
    • 1 Min - Recovery - Walk or Jog (2.0-3.5 pace)
    • 1 Min - Sprint, (7.0-7.5+ pace) (Max Effort)
    • 1 Min - Recovery - Walk or Jog (2.0-3.5 pace)
