    If you’ve just unboxed your Row-N-Ride® and you’re ready to get started, join Sunny Trainer Sydney for this beginner class and complete your first workout on your new machine! This workout includes plenty of rest to help you ease into using your machine for the very first time and can easily be completed on the Row-N-Ride or Row-N-Ride Pro.

     

    Workout Details

    WARMUP
    - Warmup – Shallow Squats

    FULL BODY CIRCUIT
    - Full Body Circuit: Shallow Squats – 30 seconds
    - Rest – 30 seconds
    - Full Body Circuit: Deep Squats – 30 seconds
    - Rest – 30 seconds
    - Full Body Circuit: Overhand Grip Rows – 30 seconds
    - Rest – 30 seconds
    - Full Body Circuit: Wide Grip Rows – 30 seconds
    - Rest – 30 seconds

    LOWER BODY CIRCUIT
    - Lower Body Circuit: Shallow Squats – 30 seconds
