    This combination workout is a blend of glute and core work that will have you seriously feeling the burn! Get ready for lots of pulse work on your Row-N-Ride® to tone and strengthen the glutes, paired with core exercises off your Row-N-Ride. Follow along with Sunny Trainer Sofee as she coaches you through this challenging but rewarding session on your Row-N-Ride!
