    One of the tightest muscles in our body tend to be the hamstrings. Tight hamstrings and hips are often what cause us to experience lower back pain, which is why it is vital to stretch that area regularly. Coach Brittany will lead you through a relaxing release of those tight muscles in this

    15-minute, hamstring focused Yoga flow. Pull up a mat and get ready to loosen up and relax!

    • Legs straight, lean forward
    • Forward fold
    • Single-leg forward fold w/ side reach
    • High plank to downward dog

    • Wide-leg forward fold
    • Inner thigh stretch
    • Deep squat to floor sit
    • Straight leg stretch flexing and pointing toes
