    WORKOUT (OFF ROWER)
    - Reverse Lunge to Bicep Hammer Curl
    - Lateral Lunge into Overhead Press
    - Deadlift with Upright Row
    - Tricep Kickbacks

    WORKOUT (ON ROWER)
    - Sprint Finisher
