    • Walking pace
    • Incline 8.0
    • Lower speed; walk on toes

    Workout

    • Incline - 1.0; speed - 4.0 jog
    • Incline between 6.0 and 8.0
    • Jog between 4.0 and 7.0
    • Increase speed by .2
    • Decrease speed, jog
    • Increase speed by .2
    • Speed walk
    • Increase speed between 6.0 and 9.0
    • Reduce speed to jog or walk
    • Increase speed between 8.0 and 10.0
    • Walk between 2.0 & 3.5; incline 8.0
    • Reduce incline and speed; knee lifts

    Cooldown

    • Glute and quad stretch; ankle circles
