    - Hamstring Stretch
    - 3:00 Walk (Speed 2.0-3.0MPH, Incline 1%)

    WORKOUT
    - 3:00 Run (Speed 4.0-6.5MPH, Incline 1%)

    COOLDOWN
    - Walk (Speed 2.0-3.0MPH, Incline 1%)
    - Static Stretch
    - Quad Stretch
    - Hamstring Stretch
