    Sprint along with our newest Sunny Trainer, Sam Candler, for this intense All-Out 10-Minute HIIT Treadmill Workout! It may be quick, but this HIIT workout is not easy. Try it as a burnout at the end of your next run or do it as a standalone workout – either way, you’re in for a crazy good workout in just 10 minutes!

    WARMUP
    - Warmup: Walk
    - Warmup: Walk + 6% Incline
    - Warmup: Jog at 4% Incline
    - Warmup: Jog at 2% Incline
    - Warmup: Run Flat, No Incline

    INTERVAL 1
    - Run Flat, 5-7 MPH
    - Run + 2% Incline
    - Sprint Flat, 6-8 MPH
    - Recovery – 45 seconds

    INTERVAL 2
    - Run Flat, 5-7 MPH
    - Run + 4% Incline
    - Sprint Flat, 6.5-8.5 MPH
    - Recovery – 45 seconds
