Top SunnyFit Workouts
Each SunnyFit workout is guided by a professionally certified personal trainer. Here are some of this year’s favorites!
1. 10-Min Beginner Full Body Hydraulic Rower
The Hydraulic Rower is a unique piece of equipment that is designed to mimic the movement of rowing with two separate oars. In this workout with Coach Mara, you’ll work on unilateral upper body strength (meaning each arm works separately), as well as core and lower body strength to boot.
What’s more, Mara will guide you through a variety of bodyweight exercises off the rower, to work muscle groups that are less active while on the rower. It’s a multipurpose workout that gives you a little bit of everything!
2. 10-Min Beginner Mini Stepper Workout
If you’re new to the mini stepper, this is the workout for you. Coach Dee gives you step-by-step (literally) instructions to help you get comfortable with your stepper, as well as beginner strength exercises off the stepper. In just 10 quick minutes your heart will be pumping and your muscles will be feeling the burn.
3. 10-Min Beginner Stability Ball Core
Looking for some deep core engagement? Coach Britt focuses this workout on deep core engagement and stabilization using just the stability ball and a dumbbell. Be prepared for a dynamic workout that aims to fire up your core!
4. 10-Min Full Body Functional Dumbbell Blast
Coach Sam keeps the energy up in this dumbbell workout that targets your glutes, legs, arms, and core. What’s more, you can expect an active recovery in between sets, so your heart rate stays elevated and keeps those calories burning. 10-minutes is all you need to get a full body workout!
5. 20-Min Beginner Resistance Bands Workout
If your schedule allows a little extra wiggle room, try this 20-minute resistance band workout with Coach Wimoni. This workout is tempo based, so you’ll be activating your muscles in different ways throughout the workout. What makes this workout a winner is that it’s low impact, so you can work on building muscle while keeping it easy on your joints.

In our world tour workouts, you can connect your equipment to various scenic routes from around the world. The app responds in real time to your speed adjustments, so it feels like you’re riding, cycling, or rowing in these beautiful locations.

Introduced this year, the slider climber is an excellent way to build lower-body strength while boosting cardiovascular fitness. In this workout with Coach Shira, expect 6 rounds of strides that will tone your muscles, build strength, and boost endurance.
2. 15-Min Beginner Climber Stepper Interval
Similar to a mini stepper, the climber stepper is a low impact machine that works your lower body and cardiovascular system all in one workout. What makes the climber stepper stand out, is the increased step height that allows for a larger range of motion and increase strength gains. In this workout, Coach Mandee guides you through an interval style workout that keeps it fun and fresh all the way through!
